Cynthia Ross
President
Cindy began her career with Hickes Associates in 1996 as a secretary and became office manager in 2001. She now serves as President making the company a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) for the first time since the company began in 1987.
Alexander Jon Shoaf
Vice President
Alex began his career with Hickes Associates in 2008 in the field and now serves as the project manager and estimator, as well as Vice President. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State University.
Gregory K. Guyer
Treasurer
Greg started with Hickes Associates in 2001 as a carpenter, became a field superintendent and now serves as head of field operations. He has managed several multi-million dollar projects in his years with Hickes Associates.
Susan Rosevear
Secretary/Safety Officer
Susie serves as the secretary and safety officer for Hickes Associates. Prior to joining the company in 2023, she was a municipal sales representative for 27 years.
